These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Snoozie, a bedtime-story service operated by Prashant Bhagchandani ("Snoozie", "we", "us", "our") from Hyderabad, Telangana, India. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Snoozie is a Telegram-based subscription service that generates personalized AI-written bedtime stories for children, delivered as text and voice narration. The Service is accessible via our website (bedtime-bot.vercel.app) and our Telegram bot.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract to subscribe to a paid plan. By using Snoozie, you represent that you meet this requirement. Children may enjoy the stories with their parent, but the account holder must be an adult.

3. Subscription plans & billing

Snoozie offers a free tier (3 stories per rolling 7-day window) and a paid Family Plan (₹199/month or ₹1,999/year, billed in INR). The Family Plan provides unlimited stories (subject to a fair-use cap of 5 per day) and up to 3 kid profiles. Future tiers may be introduced.

The Family Plan is a one-time payment for a fixed period — 30 days (monthly) or 365 days (yearly) from the date payment clears. Payment is collected by our payment processor (Cashfree Payments India Pvt Ltd) via UPI, card or net banking. Nothing renews automatically and we never store a payment method. When your plan is about to end, Snoozie reminds you in Telegram and you can pay again with /renew; if you don't, your account returns to the free tier on the expiry date with no charge.

We may revise pricing for future purchases. A price change never affects a period you have already paid for.

4. AI-generated content disclaimer

All stories produced by Snoozie are generated by artificial intelligence (Claude by Anthropic; voice narration by OpenAI's TTS service for English, and by Sarvam AI for Hindi and Telugu). Stories are intended for entertainment and bedtime use. We do not guarantee:

As the parent / account holder, you are responsible for reviewing content before sharing with your child if you have concerns. AI models can occasionally produce unexpected output; if a story is unsuitable, request a fresh one and let us know so we can tune the system prompt.

6. Intellectual property

The stories generated for you are produced via third-party AI services. To the extent any IP rights subsist in the generated output, we grant you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the stories for personal, family, non-commercial purposes. You may share specific stories privately with family members but may not republish them commercially or claim authorship.

The Snoozie name, branding, system prompts, source code, and infrastructure are owned by Prashant Bhagchandani.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. Use the /reset command in Telegram to remove your kid profiles and stored memories. There is nothing to cancel — a Family Plan simply expires at the end of the period you paid for, and you are never charged again unless you choose to renew.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, attempt to defraud the Service, or for any conduct that risks the safety of other users or our infrastructure. Subscription fees for the current period are non-refundable on termination for cause.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Snoozie and its operator's aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Prashant Bhagchandani, his sub-processors, and his agents from any claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via Telegram message to active subscribers and reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
