Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all paid subscriptions to Snoozie operated by Prashant Bhagchandani, Hyderabad, Telangana, India. We aim to be fair and clear — please read this before subscribing.
1. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time. There are two ways:
- Via Cashfree: log in to your Cashfree subscription portal (link sent in the activation email) and cancel from there.
- Email us: b.prashant315@gmail.com with your Telegram username or registered email — we'll process the cancellation within 2 business days.
Cancellations stop future renewals. Your existing subscription continues to be active through the end of the current billing period (the date already paid for), after which you revert to the free tier.
2. Refunds
Snoozie's product is digital content (AI-generated stories) which is consumed immediately when generated. Because of the nature of the product, our standard policy is:
- Monthly subscriptions: no refund for the current billing month after the first 24 hours. You can cancel any time and will not be billed for the next month, but the current month's fee is non-refundable beyond the first 24 hours.
- Annual subscriptions: full refund available within 7 days of the initial subscription start, provided you have generated fewer than 5 stories in that period. After 7 days, or if more than 5 stories have been generated, the annual fee is non-refundable (you keep access until the period expires).
- Service outage: if Snoozie is unavailable for more than 7 consecutive days due to a fault on our end, we will pro-rate-refund or credit your subscription for the affected period at our discretion.
3. Refund process
To request a refund within an eligible window:
- Email b.prashant315@gmail.com within the relevant window (24h for monthly, 7 days for annual)
- Include: your Telegram username, the email used at checkout, and the reason for the refund (helps us improve)
- We respond within 2 business days
- Approved refunds are processed via Cashfree back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days
4. Exceptional circumstances
We're a small team (one tired parent). If you have a genuine circumstance not covered by this policy — accidental double-billing, family emergency, lost access — write to us. We'll work it out case-by-case. Being a fair operator matters more to us than the strict policy text.
5. Free tier
The free tier has no payment, so no refund is needed. You can stop using Snoozie at any time and delete your data via the /reset command in Telegram.
6. Disputes
Any refund-related dispute that cannot be resolved by email will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India, consistent with our Terms & Conditions.
